Ski Traverse From Snoqualmie Pass To Canada
IF WSTC CLUB MEMBERS WANT TO COME TO THE FEBRUARY 1 "Ski Traverse from Snoqualmie Pass to Canada" PRESENTATION AT 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM) at REI SEATTLE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE OUR NEXT MEETING, YOU MUST REGISTER THROUGH THE SEATTLE REI FLAGSHIP STORE'S WEB SITE NOW AS THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND WILL FILL UP!!
The doors open at 6:30, the presentation runs from 7:00pm to 8 pm, and the WSTC meeting itself will begin at about 8:00 PM after the presentation is over and non-registrants will also be able to enter then to attend even if they could not attend the presentation.

Come share a story of wildness, friendship, and a deep love for the North Cascades. In May of 2017, Trevor Kostanich and Forest McBrian struck out into the Snoqualmie Pass backcountry for a ski tour linking stretches of rugged and remote high country on their way toward the Canadian border. Tumbling glaciers, ancient forests, glittering powder, and slashing rain: they chose to spend their month-long vacation in their backyard, and they are excited to present this unusual and beautiful journey with skiers and wilderness travelers of all kinds.
