Fit By Nature –Ski Conditioning Workshop by John Colver
John Colver will explain his philosophy for maintaining personal fitness as described in his book, “Fit by Nature” which can be found on his web site, http://johncolver.com/ . He will lead a workshop on a series of 12 exercises applicable for skiers, which he calls the “adventX Daily Dozen”. Wear comfortable clothes and note that 5 of the exercises are done laying on the floor, so if you want to do these 5, bring a suitable pad since the room has a hardwood floor.
John has two decades of international experience leading high altitude expeditions for over 2000 people, including 100 Mount Rainier summit climbs, summit climbs of Kilimanjaro in East Africa, and Denali. He also provides fitness coaching services as described on his web site.
